What is Equine Assisted Learning? Incorporating the use of horses for growth, learning, and self-discovery, EAL is an experiential approach to teaching and learning, with the help of horses for the purpose of promoting human growth and development. In EAL, participants interact with the environment, with one another, with their instructors, and with the animals.
What can my team expect? Your team will be engaged through the use of the horses in a series of mental, physical, and creative challenges (there is absolutely no riding involved) that will capitalize on the advantages of collaboration and teamwork. Each team's success will hinge on its time management skills, strategy, execution, and use of resources, in turn achieving a higher level of creativity, flexibility and success. Through the use of horses, our customized team building workshops will teach you the skills that will give you a competitive advantage and produce results.
